    Nesha’s passion lies with the entrepreneur and it has always been a personal goal of hers to become one herself. She started Pai CPA in 2011, with a mission to create a company that not only adds value to businesses, but also gives it’s employees a passionate purpose and gives back to the community.

    Nesha’s aim is to empower business owners in understanding their numbers so they can become confident in running their business and making the best decisions.

    Nesha started her accounting career in 1993, at then Big 6 firm, Arthur Andersen and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from North Carolina State University. She is licensed in N.C. and her license number is 24085.

    Tanya started her career in accounting many years ago as a means to earn money and be at home with her newborn. Since then she has discovered her passion for numbers and odd zest for spreadsheets, which makes this profession a dream come true for her. Her attention to detail, proactive initiative, and approachable personality add tremendous value to the team. She has been with the Pai Team since early 2013, providing high-quality bookkeeping to many facets of industry from restaurants to medical practices, public relations to attorneys. She loves her work and the flexibility it allows – she can be there for her kids and still have a professional outlet.

    Erika has provided accounting expertise and has aided in the general business operations and customer relations for family run businesses for over 18 years. She also served on the Board of Directors from 2000-2018 as Treasurer for Dance Innovations Performance Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, that provides scholarships and sponsorships for special need and/or special circumstance children and young adults to continue and pursue their education in the Arts. Her family, husband, Todd, daughter Jordyn and son Mason relocated from New Jersey to Fort Mill, SC.
