In 2011, Nesha Pai Singer, CPA launched Pai CPA, PLLC to serve the accounting needs of small to medium-sized businesses. By combining our expertise, experience and high work ethic, each client receives close personal and professional attention. The firm is dubbed as being “not your dad’s CPA” for it’s progressive nature and high touch acumen. Nesha’s mission is to promote the careers of stay-at-home moms and women, in general, which she felt was missing in her career climb.

Our high standards of customer service make us different from other firms. We make sure that every client is served by the expertise of not only us, but the vast resource network we have put together for any needs that arise out of our scope. We have Tax, Payroll, Legal, and HR partners that work closely with us.

Our firm is proactive. Companies who choose our  firm rely on competent advice  and timely information that will allow them to make informed decisions rather than rushed repsonses that are made to ‘put fires out’. We return calls and emails within 24-hours.

An accounting firm is known for the quality of the information that is produced. Our firm’s reputation reflects the high standards we demand of ourselves.

Our primary goal as a trusted advisor is to be available and to provide accurate information to enable our clients to make informed financial decisions. We feel it is extremely important to continually professionally educate ourselves to improve our  technical expertise; thereby ensuring that we deliver the most reliable information to our clients.

We make sure you are armed with enough information to be able to maximize your ability to make solid business decisions and also to keep moving in the right direction. We believe in the power of knowledge. The more you know, the smarter you are.

In addition to having small business clients, Nesha’s passion is to educate solopreneurs and new business owners on how to set themselves up for success in reading financial statements and setting up their business right from the start. She teaches workshops in Charlotte and around the country.

We are a member of the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) and  the NCACPA (North Carolina Association of CPA’s).

We are also a former member of the Thriveal CPA Network and accredited with the Better Business Bureau.
